FoundationUPRL is founded with a visionary mandate to create Africa's first specialized university for Public Relations, Communication, and Leadership Studies. The founding vision: to develop the communicators and leaders Africa deserves.
NUC ApprovalUPRL receives full accreditation and approval from the National Universities Commission (NUC), Nigeria's apex regulatory body for university education, affirming our status as a degree-awarding institution.
Campus DevelopmentConstruction begins on our flagship Abuja campus, featuring the Senate Building, Leadership Museum, International Conference Centre, Media Production Studio, and modern student accommodation.
Global PartnershipsUPRL signs MoUs with leading European, American, and African universities, establishing global exchange programmes, joint research initiatives, and co-supervision arrangements for doctoral students.
