The UPRL Centre for Public Relations Research (CPRR) has officially launched the African PR Excellence Study 2025, a landmark research initiative spanning 15 African countries.
The study aims to produce the most comprehensive assessment of public relations practice on the African continent, examining professional standards, ethical frameworks, digital adoption, and the economic impact of the PR industry.
Study Scope
- 15 countries across West, East, Southern, and North Africa
- 500+ PR professionals surveyed
- Qualitative interviews with 50 senior practitioners
- Policy recommendations for national PR bodies
The final report is expected in Q1 2026 and will be published in the African Journal of Public Relations.
