UPRL Signs MOU with Three European Universities in Communication Studies

UPRL has formalized strategic partnerships with three leading European universities specializing in communication and public relations studies.

The Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) were signed at a ceremony at UPRL’s International Conference Centre, attended by Vice Chancellors, senior academics, and diplomatic representatives.

Partner Institutions

  • University of Leeds, UK — Joint research and faculty exchange
  • University of Amsterdam, Netherlands — Student exchange and co-publication
  • Freie Universität Berlin, Germany — Doctoral co-supervision programme

The partnerships take effect from the 2025/2026 academic session.
